Apparently I wasn't faking exhaustion. I got up around 7 to let Molly out, fed her, and then went back to sleep. I woke up at 1030am.
First stop was Starbucks. I got a coffee and a scone. They were out of breakfast sandwiches so I figured a scone has less sugar than muffin or bread (since these are what I would usually pick). Not the best breakfast, but I needed to catch up on my day after sleeping in. Next stop was dog park and Molly swam her little heart out. We then took a short walk so she wouldn't be completely wet in the car.
We get home and it's time to workout. I realize I need to make better use of my technology so I use less brain power. I hate warming up and cooling down, so I found videos for each on pinterest. After the warm-up, I did 1 round of the fighter diet routine. Uhhh it was harder than I thought. Especially since I went slow and focused on form. I also pinned form for some moves, so I'm hitting the right muscles. But one round and then on to the cool down. It was do-able! And in the privacy of my living room, I could fall over or make a weird grunt noise without feeling like a total idiot ;)
